Our third generation is the current phase of our journey and introduces new levels of sophistication.
Knowledge from Prior Projects
Our third generation system incorporates the best of the technology we've developed and implemented in various previous projects, and takes our system to the next level of sophistication, efficiency and intelligence.
In some previous projects, such as this single family home that we built in West Vancouver, we successfully tested the following:
Insulated foundation and slab on grade, thermally connected to the building envelope. Highly effective air tightness coupled with ERV for fresh air and controlled air changes.
Manufactured, plug-in electrical wiring, including low voltage wiring and smart controls.
This project also incorporated a Mitsubishi heat pump system, a light gauge, paint by numbers steel structure, LED lighting and smart home automation.
Next Level Intelligence
Our G3 system will incorporate all of this, plus a series of sensors to monitor potential problems before they cause damage.
The sensors will monitor and send alerts for such things as water infiltration from the roof or windows, leaking within the suites, air quality and more.
